3. Consumer Reporting Status
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither the material on these pages nor results from a linked search tool are consumer reports. The Tennessee Information Protection Act (TIPA), T.C.A. §§ 47-18-3201 et seq., applies to covered controllers and processors according to its statutory thresholds and exemptions; it does not make every site or data holder subject to the same duties. 12. Severability
If a court finds one provision unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
